Arrival Ready

$195 / month

or $2,106 / year — save 10%

  • One arrival preparation per month

  • Welcome staging and setup

  • Property activation - heat, water & appliances

  • Property walk-through & safety check

  • Fresh flower arrangement

  • Standing grocery list (cost + 20%)

  • Requests accepted anything - responses Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm and Sat 10a to 3pm

 

Need a second arrival this month? Additional arrivals are available at $225 each. Members who regularly need more than two arrivals per month can upgrade to Home and Stay at any time.

  • In-stay incidentals coordinated within business hours

  • Annual preference & calendar review call

  • Property visit notes shared after each check-in
